Training Terms and Conditions for HRD Corp Claimable Courses

1. Eligibility:
   • The course is claimable under HRD Corp for employers registered with HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation) in compliance with the HRD Act 2001.
2. Registration and Payment:
   • Registration must be completed in full and submitted before the commencement of the course.
   • For individuals or non-HRD Corp employers, payment for the training program must be made in advance or as per the agreed schedule between the client and STAR Services.
   • Employers intending to claim under HRD Corp must submit the appropriate forms and supporting documents within the stipulated time frame set by HRD Corp.
3. Cancellation and Substitution:
   • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the course start date. Cancellation made less than 7 days before the course, the full course fee will be charged.
   • Participant substitutions are allowed but must be informed in writing at least 3 days prior to the course.
4. Course Confirmation:
   • STAR Services reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course if minimum participant numbers are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered.
5. Attendance and Completion:
   • Participants must attend a minimum of 75% of the course to be eligible for the certification.
   • Full attendance and successful completion of the course are required for the issuance of course certificates and to fulfill HRD Corp claim requirements.
6. Disputes and Liability:
   • STAR Services is not liable for any disputes between the employer and HRD Corp regarding the claim process.
   • The employer assumes full responsibility for adhering to HRD Corp guidelines and ensuring compliance with claim procedures.

By registering for HRD Corp claimable courses with STAR Services, participants and employers agree to the above terms and conditions.
